Frequently Asked Questions

My name is James Reinhardt. I’m the owner and sole proprietor of Evergreen Electric. I’m the only one doing field and/or consulting work for the company, so you will work with me personally – every time. Looking forward to meeting you!

Absolutely. In fact, I hold the highest electrical license level in the state: Master Electrician – #594972.

Evergreen Electric (DBA for Electric Unlimited, LLC) is also a licensed Electrical Contractor in Texas – TECL #40188.

Please feel free to look up my licenses on the TDLR website to see my current standing @ https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/LicenseSearch/

I’m a firm believer that a man’s word is his bond. I will always stand behind my work, with no limitations. The work and materials that I provide are guaranteed for a minimum of one year. However, since I am primarily working with existing installations, and considering the many variables that are present therein, I will treat each situation individually, and therefore do not offer a blanket warranty beyond this.

I have extensive experience in most aspects of electrical, as pertains to residential, commercial, and light industrial systems. My main focus these days is troubleshooting and repair, as well as replacement and upgrades of electrical equipment, appliances, fixtures, and devices.

I offer both in-person services (locally), and also remote consulting/coaching for the DIYer who just needs a bit of professional assistance. This includes guiding you through a troubleshooting issue, walking you through the steps of repairing bad electrical equipment, or helping you design and wire up a project – even a whole house!

For in-person jobs, we serve most of Collin County, and some of Grayson County, Texas. See the Contact Us page for a map. If we need to go further out, that’s no problem, though there will likely be a nominal travel charge to do so.

For remote consulting, we cover all 50 States – and anywhere the National Electrical Code is observed. I currently hold five licenses in WA, OR, and TX. This gives me reciprocity in 13 other states.

Easy! Just click on the green “Request An Appointment” button at the top right corner of this page. Once on the appointment page, fill out the short form and hit “Submit”. I will respond as soon as I practically can – usually within an hour or so, depending on whether or not I’m on a job at the moment.
